TERMS & CONDITIONS

AGREMENT

Sealux Crewed charter packages are based on the Charter Party Contract which is the official charter contract in Greece.

PAYMENTS

A down payment is required by bank’s transfer to our account . The balance is due prior to embarkation according to the charter contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fees are calculated depending on period of time between the date of cancellation and departure date.
90 days 30 %Lost
60 days 70% Lost
In any case If cancellation less than 30 days before charter period the total of the charter fee will be lost .

DELIVEY – REDELIVERY

• Thrid party and passenger civil liability any one accident
• Dammage liability third party and passenger’s yacht any one accident.
• Sea pollution liability.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A Secutity deposit has to be paid prior to embarkation, (Except Crewed charter) for which varies according to the size of the yacht. Every yacht is comprehensively insured (against damage to the hull, machinery and/or equipment), including third Party cover, beyond a deductible excess figure. The refundable Security Deposit is held against the yachts insurance excess and is the event of damage to the yacht or loss of equipment, the estimated value for repairs and replacement with original is withheld from your security deposit and the balance is returned to you.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly suggest you to buy travel insurance, including cancellation insurance to protect your booking deposit.

SEALUX SAILING HOLIDAYS GUARANTEE

Sealux guarantees that in case of engine, battery, alternator, sails, rigging breakdown during our clients charters we will complete repairs within 4 working hours of notification.
Otherwise clients will be compensated for sailing tie lost, receiving sailing time at the end of their scheduled charter (if yacht is available) or toward their next charter with us.

SAILING QUALIFICATIONS

The Greek Crewed charter contract not requires one sailing license/certificat.
